Welcome to You Matter Self-Referral

We are a Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub supporting health and social care staff. Our service is fast, free and confidential.

Service Opening Times: Monday 8am-4pm, Tuesday to Thursday 8am-8pm and Friday 8am-4pm.

Office Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

To refer to You Matter, please complete the information below. If you would prefer to complete your referral on the phone, please contact our administrator on 0800 145 6568, during office hours.

If you are concerned about your safety or the safety of another person please contact your GP, GP out of hours or 111.

Self referrals are currently unavailable

Unfortunately despite our best efforts we do not have the support from all our partners to continue funding of the You Matter service.

This means that You Matter is unable to accept referrals at this time.

Remember that your GP, 111 and Samaritans on 116123 offer confidential support and advice to everyone, including NHS and Social Care staff.

What Happens Next:
Our service is open Monday 8am to 4pm, Tuesday to Thursday 8am to 8pm and Friday 8am to 4pm.
Our administrator will telephone or email you during office hours to schedule your initial appointment, this will normally be within 48 hours of receiving your referral. Our call will be displayed as a private number. We will try to arrange a telephone appointment based on your availability.
At your initial telephone appointment, you will have space to talk about what is going on, how you have been feeling and what you want.
